Our localization process

We review each localization request to ensure we can handle it with precision and on time. This includes evaluating:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Do we master the topic?
- Deadlines: Can we meet the requested timeline?
2. Preparation
We confirm we have everything we need to start working right away:
- Files and Tools: Have the files been correctly assigned? Are the translation memories (TMs), term bases (TBs), and credentials properly set up?
- Target audience: What is the target audience: tone, readability level, language flavor?
- Reference Materials: Are there any client-provided instructions or resources to review?
3. Expert Assignment
We assign the task to the most qualified translators in our team for the subject. During the project:
